Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times.
Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. Sounded like they were moving furniture directly above. The car park was a distance from the room they should be numbered according to the room.
It was a comfy bed. But the vacuuming/ cleanliness left a lot to be desired there were disgusting cut toenails on the carpet. So gross. The toilet didn’t flush well. And then the foxtel tv kept buffering every 5-10 mins through a movie cause the network/wifi wasn’t good.
We will come back again stay in our normal room which is at the back. Not at Xmas. Ps we didn’t use the aircon.
