This bright and spacious bungalow is just a short stroll from the charming village green and scenic duck pond in Worth Matravers, as well as the starting point for numerous walks offering some of the most breathtaking views in Dorset. The Thatch is a newly built bungalow nestled within the expansive gardens of St. Nicholas Court House. It features parking for one car and a lovely lawned area at the front, complete with garden furniture – an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. This property is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing holiday in a prime location.

The Space
Upon entering this light-filled, open-plan bungalow, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. The living area is comfortably furnished, providing a great space to unwind, read, watch TV, or enjoy a game after a day of adventure in the stunning surrounding areas. To the right of the open-plan space is the bedroom area, which features a king-size bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a spacious shower room with an electric power shower, WC, and wash hand basin. Outside, there’s a peaceful garden area with seating, perfect for relaxing. The property also offers parking for one car.
