Swanage Prospect is a comfortable two-bedroom holiday home set in a quiet residential road, just an 11-minute walk from the stunning Swanage Bay and its award-winning sandy beach. Ideally located, the property is also within easy walking distance of Swanage town centre, where you’ll find a great selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs, making it a fantastic base for a coastal break.
Entering the property, you are welcomed into a central hallway with doors leading to all main rooms, including the living and dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and cloakroom, creating a practical and well-laid-out space.
The open-plan living and dining room offers a bright and relaxed setting to unwind. The sitting area features a sofa, two armchairs and a TV, while the dining space comfortably seats four guests and enjoys pleasant views over the rear garden.
The kitchen is has a range of fitted units and appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the rear garden, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living.
