Filling each day with fun will be a breeze with hiking, biking, shopping, downhill skiing, and so much more all within a short drive. Plus, you will have the firepit on the property to gather around as the stars come out! Inside, you will be greeted by hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, and plenty of room to kick back and relax. The living area is open and bright, boasting a smart TV for streaming and a foosball coffee table for some added entertainment. There will be no need to venture out for meals with the full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating to keep the chef of the group company. Extra perks include central AC, high-speed WiFi, a desk for remote work/school, and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity and book your next dream vacation today! THINGS TO KNOW -This building has two units: an upper and lower unit. They are not connected inside and are accessible from separate outside entrances, both located on the back of the building. -This rental is for the upper unit. -The front door goes to a space that is not rentable and will never have occupants. -There are train tracks nearby, but there are no trains running on the track at this time. -Streaming is available with guests' own account. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Spacious and comfortable

This apartment was bigger than I expected from the pictures and packed with amenities. Very convenient for exploring Asheville in one direction and Black Mountain in the other.

Amazing!

I must say this was a great experience! Everything was just as described. Very comfortable and cozy. Very clean as well. We would definitely book the whole house next year!

Pros and Cons

Pros: The upper level apartment was clean and well decorated. The kitchen well stocked and all the appliances worked well. Cons: The shared well was an issue leaving us with no water for a few hours at a time if it ran dry due to the lower level guests use of water. The staff answering the phones for Vacasa was polite and patient but have no authority to really assist or compensate for any inconveniences of not having water. Forget sending a text. You will not get a reply for hours. The WiFi did not work for us using the password provided but this could not be resolved for some reason. And we waited hours to even get a reply regarding it. Another Con is that the landscaping is not as all like shown in the photos. It is over grown and not well kept.

Biltmore weekend

This upstairs loft was perfect. Very clean, everything we needed was there, including soap, shampoo & conditioner, just like a hotel would provide. It looked just like the pictures. Only 10 minute drive to Biltmore Estate, which was the reason for our visit. We would stay here again, and recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

No Lights

The lights did not work in tbe kitchen, living room and master bedroom. I reported this the first night i was there. They sent someone the following day who coukdnt fix it. When i adjed to be reimbursed some of the cost if the stay....crickets.
