House Rules - No pets - No smoking - No parties or events - Quiet hours after 10pm
Booking Policy - Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. - If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. - Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled). - We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone. - The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
Cancellation Policy - Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. - 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival. - No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
