  • This Executive Class Home is nestled in Swansea Point, Mara Lake. The property is surrounded by mature trees, lovely landscaping and backs onto the Hummingbird Creek, creating a picturesque and private backyard oasis.

    The backyard features a large deck with patio seating for 6, fire pit, HOT TUB and outdoor play house! The front porch also has a dining table for 6 and additional cozy spaces to sit and relax.

    Come inside to a bright, open kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home, offers a sit up island bar and dining area. RELAX and curl up on the couch in front of the wood burning fire place while you watch movies on the 60" Apple TV!

    The large Master Bedroom is fit for a KING and has a full on suite bathroom.
