Good location. Brakfast was simple not fresh and it was deeply disappointing. It was Easter Monday morning.

Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Broken air conditioning

The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, es war alles sauber, allerdings sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen und sollten vielleicht nach und nach ersetzt werden. Mail Kontakt war schleppend. Wollte im Vorwege was klären, erhielt aber nur eine kurze Rückmeldung und dann nichts mehr. Das wäre Verbesserungsbedürftig.
