"Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast"

"Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service."

"Just had a lovely stay at Buxton Crescent - nice room which was well equipped and an excellent Spa visit, been to many spa’s over the years and this one stands out as one of the best - we will be back for sure"
