"Hotel staff were good. Hotel itself slightly shabby. Lift couldn’t stop on floor 2 going up but would on going down. Wood in corridors and rooms scratched. Breakfast hot food server was broken. Temporary rig set up in dining room. It was ok and convenient for the price."

"Got to train station, rang the clayton within 10 mins a courtesy bus arrived to pick us up, really nice guys who showed us when we got there how to check in. Nice room, very clean, only thing was people above us were very noisy, moving chairs around it dounded like but that wasnt the hotels fault, said we could have been offered an upgrade which we didnt get, also supposed to be 20% off food but we didnt have any as it was lateish when we got there. "

"The room was absolutely fine however the bar area was dingy,dark and depressing not the expected ambiance of a Radisson hotel. Broken floor tiles and sticky furniture! The food was expensive and poor (reheated frozen burgers & pizza ). The Holiday Inn across the road is much nicer and cheaper!"
