"Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, requested two more towels and got them immediately. Had dinner at the chalet, Resto on location and the food was delicious. Thou be prepared for Swiss city pricing. Don’t forget that you have to pay for water in a restaurant."

"The restrooms were spic and span. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the place!! Very well maintained. We wish we had booked the place for longer than one night. It is right next to the Kloten Banhof train station. We used the S7 train. There are many train stations in Kloten. Please use the one next to this hotel, SBB/ZVV app has the details."

"Very nice hotel. Public areas are very well maintained and you can grab a drink or a bite at any time of the day / night. Check-in was very smooth and quick and staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is just wonderful - with such a great variety of foods and high quality. Just a couple of notes: room layout with sink in bathroom could be revisited and the rooms have limited storage for clothes and no minibar / slippers / bathrobes. Other than that, lovely stay in the heart of Geneva! Thank you!"
