"A perfectly acceptable hotel but the location is incredibly sterile. The #10 tram is just outside so only a twenty minute £4 ride to the old town but it does mean you have to get all your activities out of the way before heading back to the no man’s land of glattpark."

"The hotel is very convenient because of its location. In addition to being in the city center, it is only a few blocks from the main train station, which is very helpful if you plan to visit other cities, such as Lucerne. The room had dark walls that made it feel somewhat dirty, and the carpet gave the same impression. However, the bed and bathroom appeared to be clean."
