"The doors are never locked even though there are signs on the back and side doors saying they are locked for security reasons. They charge $50/dog. However, they could provide decent dog poop bags. Breakfast was meh, no bananas, just a few very old apples."

"Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...
