"I booked this property back in December 24 to stay in March 25 only a day out from our booking i receive a message to say we couldn't stay due to mould issues! Very poorly organised! I booked months in advance to be told the day before we didn't have a booking.We were given another property which was nothing like what I had booked. I did receive a discount on the second property however it was not up to the same standard as the original property."

"Arrived and the property was dirty and smelly. The swimming pool was filthy and not fit for use.The booking agent was contacted and the reservation cancelled. A full refund was paid . Thank you Staz/made comfy"
