"Our stay at The Hughenden Hotel was absolutely exceptional. This was our very first mother-daughter trip to Sydney, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. We arrived much earlier than check in time after an early flight, and the team went above and beyond to have our room ready so we could check in early at no extra cost. It made such a difference to the start of our trip. They also kindly stored my daughter's medication in their fridge while we waited, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has so much character and history, while still feeling stylish, cozy, and welcoming. Everything was spotless, and you could tell the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. We especially loved the gorgeous staircase and all of the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel, it really added to the boutique charm. Our room was so comfortable, cute, and beautifully presented. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and I have to mention the hot chocolates, they were honestly some of the best we've ever had! Every member of staff was kind, caring, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our first visit to Sydney even more special. I cannot recommend The Hughenden Hotel highly enough. We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Sydney."
