Our first time staying at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury and our 2 night experience was memorable thanks to Fuba the Duty Manager. Fuba checked us in Sun night smoothly with detailed information of the property and its offerings. We saw Fuba again on Mon night and we had a lovely conversation about the business, its history and current renovations. Great spot for families!

This was such a hidden gem - we had a great time. So family friendly. Everyone from reception, to servers, to cleaners were all so kind to the children. We will definitely be back.

Amazing staff

From the time we arrived we were met with wonderful friendly helpful staff. Check-in was smooth and both reception staff were cheerful. Young lady (sorry forgot to note her name) at reception desk helped us later on with info about area and organised a reservation for high tea which we thoroughly enjoyed later on our last day. Breakfast good. Room was clean and well laid out and bed comfortable. Hope to be back soon to further explore the Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens and other places in the area.

Single asked for a room with windows, only when i arrived they changed my room to a very small claustrophobic room, asked to upgrade had to pay an extra $80, $1,570, cheapest bottle of wine $43, took extra meal from breakfast think i was charged extra even though it was on tariff? Made to feel like i was in the way being by myself, eat in my room or outside of busy cafeteria, and ive been there a few times
