We had the most lovely stay in Fairmont hotel, ever since I booked the rooms and called the staff to let them know I’m bringing my son with a disability in a very complex need. They make sure they cater everything we need. My other son also enjoy the activities the ice skating, arcades room, stroll in there beautiful garden and of course the pool. We will soon be back for sure, this time we stay longer.

The room we had was very run down. Our bed was not made properly. There were no bin liners in any of the bins. The carpet was dirty. The phone in the room did not work and when we used our mobile to call reception, no one answered. Embers restaurant was great for dinner. Food was very good and obviously the view was outstanding. I understand that there are renovations going on at the moment, but I think they maybe about 10 years too late.

The hotel location is amazing, there's lots to do and it's very spacious - the rooms are lovely and big too. The staff were all super friendly and professional, but I think a bit overwhelmed with the business of the school holidays. The hotel is a bit dated, overall, the common areas are not well maintained, also the breakfast variety was rather poor for $38pp. If you're there to hike the national park, it's a great place to be.

My favourite place for a weekend stay with my family. We've been back so many times. So many wonderful things for kids to do and super relaxing for parents. And as someone who travels for work weekly the staff at the Fairmont are exceptional, such a fast check in and they all go above and beyond.
