Convenient location for public transport and shopping/ dining nearby. Friendly staff and clean rooms, nice pool and spa. The only grievance was outside of the hotel's control - namely, on 2 nights out the 6 we stayed, the noise from the bar across the road was rather loud (probably can't hear it if the room is not facing the front of the hotel).

My stay at this hotel was truly a pleasure. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm, tasteful, and thoughtfully curated — a place where you can genuinely relax and feel at ease. The room was spotless. The location is also excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings and feel connected to the city, while still having a peaceful retreat to return to. We had a great stay here, if only for one night. It was further from the airport but far less expensive and very close to public transportation, the mall, and plenty of dining options. Have to give my compliments to a very welcoming and helpful staff as well.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to Sydney. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and stylish. The food from the restaurant is fantastic, and only a 10min walk to an enormous Westfield shopping centre and Train station.
