As the title of this property boasts, this apartment is located in one of the best places in Sydney and central to everywhere you may wish to go with easy quick access to public transportation. It truly is a very convenient location!

The Space:
Positioned in a well cared-for building, with the convenience of a superb location.
Opera house and Harbour views, watch ferries passing by.
Esteemed setting in a renowned area.
Stroll to village, cafes, parks & foreshore
Minutes to Kirribilli Wharf and the restaurants and cafes of Kirribilli Village.

The living room has a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a short or longer stay and there is plenty of room throughout to spread out and relax in the tranquil setting.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Kirribilli is quiet, safe suburb just a stone's throw from the base of the Harbour Bridge in Milson's Point where you can also hop on the train for easy access into the city. There is also Kirribilli ferry wharf which takes you straight to Circular Quay just a few minutes walk from the front door. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in Milson's Point and North Sydney, all within ten to fifteen minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Parking in Cara Bella Avenue Or 2 hour parking in Kirribilli street or Waruda street.

Other Things to Note:
There's a common laundry area. It’s on the lower ground floor.

Note : You have to climb the stairs to get to the front entrance.

FYI the laundry has a number of washing machines and one dryer that is allocated to another apartment so not accessible to our apartment guests. There is a drying rack in the Sun room on the wall above the seat that pulls out.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)

The apartment was located with the best view Sydney has to offer, and the location was very convenient, easy access to ferry and only short ride to city.

The property's in a good location, but we had a really bad experience and would never consider staying here again. 1. The property was not as advertised. The property is advertised as "Lovely Apartment with Spectacular Views". There's a small note in the details about the property saying "scaffolding ... may impact the view". This is totally misleading -- the property managers know for sure that the scaffolding *will* *block* the view. The listing doesn't mention that plastic sheeting over the view windows makes things even worse, and keeps the windows from opening. The managers wrote us to say the scaffolding would be down during our stay. It wasn't. Also, the managers brushed off our complaint about the blocked view. 2. The property's not in good condition. There's a stain on the sofa and the floor in the bathroom is cracked and peeling away from the shower. Some of the furniture is also in poor condition. 3. The property managers broke their promise about bag storage. They told us we'd be able to drop off our bags on the day we arrived until check-in time, but the day before we arrived they told us to use Stasher. 4. Instructions for finding the property and getting the key were poor. We wasted time trying to find the property, because the entrance is on a pedestrian only path. Apple Maps took us to the wrong location.

The problem with this property was that the "Spectacular Views" were obliterated by scaffolding so dense it blocked out most of the light so there were dense mesh screens on the outside of very dense scaffolding where the views of the harbour as shown in the pictures should have been. I explained to the apartment manager that the wording posted on their advertisement that there was scaffolding that "MAY impact the view" was misleading and that for it not to be misleading they should say "views ARE significantly impacted". Had they said that I would have been OK as it would have set my expectations. The response I got was less than satisfactory. "Try to relax and enjoy your day!" Again, an apology would have changed my review.
