It is a thoroughbred horse farm for pre-training and horse agistment and has been operating in the Hawkesbury area for more than 40 years.

The Space:
Malniri Park by Tiny Away is the perfect family staycation for vacationers in Freemans Reach, just an hour drive from Sydney. It is close to Crestwood Reserve, Nurragingy Reserve, and Blue Mountains National Park, which is only a 2-hour drive away. If you're up for an adventure, you can explore the wonders of Blue Mountain including Jenolan Caves, Mount Boyce, Mount York, and more.

A cozy 170-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Sightseeing & Activities

- Rouse Hill Estate and Farm is one of Australia's most culturally important historic properties.
- Crestwood Reserve is perfect for short strolls, complete with a playground, public restrooms, and covered picnic areas.
- The Nurragingy Reserve features an open urban park and forest, nature reserve, and garden, which are perfect for leisure walks and picnics.

Getting Around:
We are located 12 minutes from the local township of Historical Windsor. A car is essential for getting around here. If travelling by public transport, local train station is Windsor and local taxis or Ubers are available.

Other Things to Note:
- No wifi
- TV is available with free-to-air channels
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home
- Firewood is available for a one-night stay or guests may bring their own
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Additional firewood comes at an extra cost and must be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance through the land host
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

Safety guidelines

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- Guests should strictly follow the safety guidelines discussed with the land host as horses get easily agitated
- We ask guests to exercise caution as the property is a working horse farm hazard that may be a danger to them

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
