Welcome to Maplewood House, a holiday rental nestled in the heart of serene Leura. This property caters for up to ten guests, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with modern amenities including dishwasher. Cook up memorable meals, laughing and bonding with loved ones around the beautifully crafted dining table.

You will be kept warm during the winter months with the central heating and three wood fireplaces. One bag of firewood is supplied during the winter months of June, July & August which is enough for 1-2 fires. Extra firewood and kindling can be purchased at local service stations, supermarkets & hardware stores.

You also have the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ensuring clean, fresh clothes throughout your stay.

The property also provides ample parking space for four vehicles, a dedicated workspace for those who like to stay connected, and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The large secure garden is an ideal spot for children to play. Parents can sit back, bask in the sunlit garden whilst supervising their children in a secure environment.

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 10 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
