Only 2 bath towels provided and although reception procided a 3rd towel for the child, we had to request it every night as house keeping did not replace it and arriving kat

I have stayed at many Accor properties and this one is not up to standard. It is very tired and for the price I was disappointed with the state of our room - broken tiles, peeling laminate, dirty bathroom vents and more. The doors don't have soft closing and we were woken up several times during the night with doors slamming. For the price of over $200, I was expecting better facilities. The walk through the fire door from the car park was dirty!I travel to Sydney every week on business and will not choose to stay here again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

チェックイン／アウトは自分でタッチパネルを操作して行います。 ホテルは朝食付きでパン、ベーコン、ソーセージ、果物などです。 シャワーは水圧が弱くちょっと不満でしたが、宿泊料を考えると文句は言えないかなぁと。 オーストラリアは電車、地下鉄、バスがしっかりしていて、ホテルからもアクセスがしやすかったです。 また、マッコリーショッピングセンターも近くにあるので買い物ちも困りませんでした。
