The staff at the front desk were wonderful at check in, during the stay and during check out. The rooms were clean (housekeeping did a great job!). The pool and Gym facilities were also good!.
A note: the rooms could have been better enjoyed if they had a toaster and a microwave.
“Had a comfortable stay at Mercure Sydney. The hotel is well located near Central Station, making it easy to get around Sydney. Rooms were neat, the bed was comfortable, and service was efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options to choose from. Would recommend for a city stay.
