The hotel staff are so nice. I left the notebook charger and realize after i left the hotel then i call back and the lost & found property department quickly check and keep it. I really appreciated your prompt service.

Nice hotel close to transport and facilities.

Nice hotel, very close to train, bus and food. Rooms were large and well appointed. Three minute walk to Town Hall Station and only 20 min train from the Airport. So many food options and nearest mall has outstanding Japanese, Korean and desert options (Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake is a must).

Room was clean and roomy. I was allowed early check in. The only discomfort was that the room was too cold. Air conditioner not working and I refuse to believe the hotel management was not aware of it as previous guests would have reported it considering it is winter. I was offered a portable heater which then took off the nice hotel experience for me

Excellent location, close to train station and Sydney CBD. Also close to convenient stores for any required utilities or snacks with plenty of food options in surrounding area. Large room itself as described, however missing attention to detail for better rating (dirty cups, replenishment of ammenities after 1st night etc.)

Nice and reasonable price hotel close to center

Don't expect any view. Staff is very friendly. It is clean and adequate inside the room. The location is quite convenient. But that's about all of it. We had to use staff elevator due to some maintenance when we stayed there. It is old and dirty. Overall, the price is reasonable compare to other hotels in center of Sydney.

Central hotel handy for business

Small room but not unexpected. Very large bathroom however and very clean. Was a bit odd in that there were no electrical sockets near the bed (but they had an unplugged alarm clock sitting on the bedside table). Also no hanging space (I ended up using the decorative wooden circles on the wall). Very handy location for work and staff very pleasant and efficient.

Good location

The hotel is located near Townhall station, Seven Eleven, Hide Park and anywhere. It was so nice to walk around Sydney. My room was not so big but just nice for sleeping only. It is not a new hotel and you may feel a bit old but they always cleaned up my room and made up neatly even I left the hotel around noon. Also, all of the staffs I met were so kind. They were always helpful though I was not good at speaking English.

Good hotel, disappointing house keeping.

I was staying in a three single bed room, and there were three people staying in the room. There was only two glasses and the house keeping staff tend to avoid filling shampoo and bady wash.
