I was there for a show it’s so convenient great facilities so peaceful and quiet all staff are so courteous and very helpful.great food court and a seperate restaurant that is very good on the first floor.hard to find fault at such a great place.

We stayed here due to location next to Coliseum to see a concert. West HQ next door is the only food option (if room service not suitable) which isn’t open for breakfast. Also small TV for a big corner room with a very difficult slow way to choose movies or regular stations was very frustrating. Having a room with a bath/spa would’ve been nice too for the price per night. Said there was a swimming pool but not onsite. It is part of the facility next door which isn’t convenient.

Room & service were great, was just REALLY disappointed that not only was the pool not even IN the hotel (which was a selling point for booking) but it was already closed when we checked in.
