Apartment needs deep clean or refurbishment

Good location, spacious,convenient for buses, nice view overlooking park. However the carpets and furniture were stained, some crockery stained and chipped, cooking utensils etc were very old, also no wi fi. In my opinion the apartment was very tired and needs either a deep clean or refurb.
