A beautiful, modern and comfortable maisonette apartment in a peaceful location. The apartment features a spacious living area with ample natural light, and two bedrooms, both with ensuites plus two balconies to enjoy.

Securely tucked away in one of Redfern’s landmark settings, whilst only seconds from the supermarket and all the wonderful cafes and bars the area has to offer. This apartment is the perfect way to find comfort and convenience whilst exploring all that Sydney has to offer.

The Space:
Feel free to lounge by the pool, cook some snags on the BBQ, run a hot bath, or strap on your boots and get lost in all that the area has to offer. Being only minutes from Redfern & Central Station, a short drive to Sydney Airport, and compellingly close to some of the best beaches around. This is the perfect base for your next adventure or City escape 🌅💕

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Please don't wear shoes in the apartment.

Redfern is a vibrant inner-city suburb in Sydney, Australia. It has a rich indigenous heritage and is a cultural hub for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Redfern offers a mix of historic terrace houses, modern apartments, and renovated warehouses. It features a lively main street with shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing a diverse dining and shopping experience. Redfern is well-connected to public transportation, making it convenient for residents to access the city center and other areas of Sydney.

Getting Around:
Located only 8 minutes to Redfern Station then only 1 stop to Central Station and you'll be in the city centre. There's also a bus stop at your door and Redfern Park is right across the road.

Plenty of free and paid parking in the local area.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
