Flew in from Melbourne & arrived at the hotel. Was very disappointed to have to pay a charge to get into the room a couple of hours early when it was actually ready & considering we had booked two rooms. Other than that, suited our needs & the room was nice.

Staff are lovely. Unfortunately our accom became unbearable with very poor aircon and intractable loud compressor noise from somewhere nearby. Windows do open but the machinery noise when open was really loud too.
