Comfortable, spacious apartment, filled with plants and light. On the 3rd level of a 4-storey block (with a lift), it is a corner unit with large balconies wrapping around both sides - perfect for relaxing in the sun or catching a cool breeze and watching the neighborhood go by. It sits on a quiet street between two major thoroughfares, serviced by numerous bus routes straight into the CBD or to the beaches.

Enjoy easy access to everything from the heart of Sydney's vibrant inner west. A quick walk to restaurants, bars and live music of Newtown, Enmore & Glebe. Beautiful Blackwattle Bay, Sydney University, RPA Hospital, swimming pools, tennis courts, gyms & parks all close by. 100m from numerous bus routes, incl 20 min to CBD. and Bondi and Coogee beaches a 20-30 minute drive across town.

The main bedroom has an ensuite and it's own large balcony.

The second bedroom can also be a home office. It has a single bed that can pull out to become a king bed, or two singles.
