What We Love

Sunshine Terrace is a three bedroom terrace home over three levels on Bondi Road, Bondi, Sydney, about a 15 minute walk from Bondi Beach and Bondi Icebergs. It sleeps up to 6 guests across a queen bedroom with ensuite, a second queen bedroom and a twin room with two king singles, with two bathrooms plus a ground floor WC, a private terrace for alfresco dining, air conditioning and heating, a private laundry and secure garage parking for 2 cars. A cot and high chair are available for little ones.

It suits families and groups of friends wanting a beach base with room to spread out, couples travelling together, corporate guests needing parking, wifi and a laptop-friendly workspace, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.

Ground Floor
Sunlight cascades across white walls and gleaming floors in the open plan living area. A plush grey sofa with coastal cushions is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach, and a glass coffee table reflects the light from floor-to-ceiling doors that open to your private terrace, made for morning coffee or evening drinks. A round glass dining table with designer white chairs sits beside the minimalist kitchen, which has premium appliances behind sleek cabinetry, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The laundry with washer and dryer is tucked away nearby, and a WC completes this level.

First Level
Two queen bedrooms are on the first level. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, with soft linen and muted blue accents that echo the nearby ocean. The main bathroom is also on this level.

Second Level
At the top of the home, a twin bedroom with two king single beds is perfect for children or extra guests.

- Coastal Walks: Explore the Aboriginal rock carvings at Marks Park, then continue along the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, stopping for a dip at Tamarama, known locally as "Glamarama". Back in Bondi, browse the boutiques of Gould Street and the shops along Hall Street.
- Lunch & Markets: Totti's is a favourite for modern Italian and its wood-fired bread, Sean's serves a seasonal, farm-to-table menu, and Da Orazio offers artisanal pizza and pasta. On Sundays, Bondi Markets bring local designers and vintage finds to Bondi Beach Public School.
