The property is in an outstanding area of Potts Point. Great services and restaurants walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Charming room with all you need .

Cute and Quaint

The three flights of stairs were a bit daunting with large luggage, however, we were very pleased with the decor and comfort of our room on the third floor. The bathroom was very small, but modern with everything you need. It was fun overlooking the street activity and having great restaurants just steps away from the hotel. It's in an excellent part of town that is convenient, quiet, and felt safe.

Great location and service. Nearby plenty of restaurants bars and a supermarket. Kings Cross train station nearby. Those narrow stairs are a challenge with heavy luggage but I knew that before booking. Only change I’d make is better quality coffee in the room- currently only instant.

Nice little hotel with quirky rooms. The area is ok but be careful when walking back at night via Victoria Street. No fault of hotel thou.

Tiny little hotel tucked among small sidewalk cafes in a good location. Walking distance to Botanic Gardens, Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair, and the SydneyOpera House. Manager is very friendly and helpful.

Ganz nah am Stadtzentrum Sydney

The Maisonette ist sehr zentral lokalisiert und in 10 - 15 Gehminuten hat man die Stadtzentrum schon erreicht. Das Personal waren sehr freundlich aber man soll wissen, dass die Rezeption nur tagsüber bemannt wird. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, sind dafür mit den meisten nötigen Sachen (Stuhl, Tisch, Wasserkocher) ausgerüstet. Je nach Zimmer Kategorie hat man entweder Ensuite oder gemeinsames Badezimmer. Auch wichtig zu wissen ist das keinerlei Frühstück angeboten wird - da man ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat, kann man diese leicht mit Proviant vom Supermarkt aufstocken...

The hotel needs an elevator for those on the second and third floors. Also the bathroom is Just adequate and very small. Shower inadequate. Very friendly and attempt to accommodate.

Not recommended for the weak or frail.

This hotel should only be recommended for guests with little luggage. The hotel has no lift or porter to help with any luggage. We arrived with 2 large 30kg cases and 2 flight cases as we were going on a cruise after our four days in Sydney. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and being over 70 years old had to struggle getting the luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, and again back down when checking out. This feature should be included in any hotel descriptions, if it had of been I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. The hotel is located on a street where you can’t park if you try and park outside the hotel you stop all traffic. The only advice given was use a car park at a remote location, but how do you then struggle with all of your luggage through Sydney streets. As I said this hotel should only be recommended for a business stay with little more luggage than a laptop computer.

It’s a cute, older style property with some renovations. Very clean and had friendly professional staff, we thought it was good value. Bathroom was super tiny. Nothing fancy but a comfortable and well priced bed in Potts Point. We would stay again.

This property was great close to everything walking distance to Opera house, cafes, grocery store, chemist. The staff were awesome printing up public transport directions. I visited with my young daughters and we felt safe in the area and in the hotel. I would recommend for families
