Located within a few minutes walk of Circular Quay station, this hotel is ideal if you’re arriving by train from Sydney airport. Well located for walking to the Opera house and Harbour bridge. Traditional, homely, excellent breakfast, good room with all needs met. Will certainly re-use.

Staff was super nice. I guess I didn't do enough research before booking but there is no air conditioning in certain rooms. Naturally we booked one of these rooms on an extremely hot and humid night. Had to cancel due to this combined with health concerns. Non refundable so paid for a night not used.

Always love staying there for the convenience and character. Always good service and lovely breakfast, comfy bed. Only downside was the noisy recycling someone did in the middle of the night from nearby restaurant.

Location, location, location… What s great stay at the rocks with short walking distance to most of things in the city center. Pubs, restaurant on the street and only 2-3 minutes to the ferry and train station. Breakfast excellent with the best service.

Great location, just steps away from Circular Quay and easy walking distance to the Sydney Opera House and many restaurants. Unique building floor plan reflecting the age of the building. Room was spotless. Wonderful breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff (we travel heavy, with lots of luggage). Ceiling fans in the room much more comfortable than Air Conditioning. Highly recommend.

Best location and a lovely hotel

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the Rocks and access to many attractions USA bonus. Lovely hotel but lots of stairs and managing luggage is difficult so next time I will use a backpack.

The room was compact but contained everything I required. It was clean comfortable and very cute with a very large, comfortable bed and excellent bedding.
