Always love to stay here when visiting Sydney! In a great location since it’s close to central station, clean and well maintained, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and great sound proofing in the rooms (although you can hear some noise from outside if it’s loud enough).

Was a great choice for our convention weekend. The staff were helpful, willing to store baggage before check-in, and the hotel is beautifully located for the ICC + cheap, good food in the surrounds.

The property was in a fantastic location, opposite Paddy's Markets, walking distance to cafes/bars/restaurants, public transport was nearby. The staff were extremely helpful with a 24hr reception. My only negative is that I didnt like that I had no control of the air conditioning in my room, it was set at temperature. Staff were helpful to change it but during the night I became hot, when I turned it off I felt stuffy in the room.

The room was compact and well maintained . Looked in to an adjacent building and was a bit noisy , but not too bad . Comfortable and clean , so adequate for a few nights stay . The only bench was old and scratched and basic tea and coffee and milk capsules provided - tea was earl grey , not breakfast tea !

Really appreciated the staff's enthusiasm to help although the follow through was a little lacking! The location is outstanding and you couldn't ask for a better located hotel. The rooms were dated but renovations were obviously underway so hope is that the rooms can be updated somewhat! There is no restaurant/food onsite but enough local options to keep you satisfied. Overall recommended as a place to stay when in Sydney!

We stayed in a room that had 2 beds in 2 spaces, separated by a wall and a small staircase, and loved it. Never seen another hotel room like it. Also loved the drinking water on tap (sparkling and still), which was located in the lobby. Great location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was centrally located to haymarket and the capital theatre. Parking was close by also. The room was vlean and tidy. The only downfall was the beds. Way to soft and bouncy, firmer matress' would be better.
