Featuring a queen size bed, recently renovated ensuite bathroom, mounted TV with oversized armchairs to watch from, dining for two and a desk for business travelers, this spacious studio has everything provided for. The kitchen includes an electric stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher, with double french doors opening to a private balcony courtyard with al fresco dining.



The historic Woolwich area provides many self-guided walking trails that can be explored from your doorstep, as well as organised, guided tours providing you a more in depth guide to the area. Cockatoo Island is a listed UNESCO heritage site and just a 5 minute ferry ride across the water. It’s a perfect day trip, with many artists and cultural events often taking place during the warmer seasons.



Sydney’s Circular Quay is just 25 minutes on the ferry, passing through Balmain and Greenwich inner-west city suburbs. Restaurants, cafes and dining are all within a 10 minute walk distance of the property, and Hunters Hill village center is just a short 5 minute drive away.

The Neighborhood:

If you look at a map of Sydney Harbour you’ll see an image like a tree, sprawling seas and in between branch like peninsulas reaching to the centre of the harbour. It’s on those water-surrounded arms of land where you’ll find some of Sydney’s best real estate. Woolwich is one of the least known bay areas, which is mostly a good thing. The streets are quiet, tree lined and show off incredible water views, and the pub, Woolwich Pier Hotel (an amazing local to have), is never so pumping that it loses its neighbourhood charm.

Woolwich Wharf is a 7 minute walk away with Sydney Ferries taking you to Circular Quay via Balmain and Greenwich within 25 minutes.



The 505 bus stop is a 2 minute walk way and takes you into Sydney’s CBD within 40 minutes.

Ride sharing
