"Hotel is not that great. It lacks furniture. TV’s are small. Toilet was old and had marks. Floors seemed dirty. Bed was comfortable! But I was definitely disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid!"

"The room is 2 level living and spacious, also 2 bathrooms in the suite which is great! The breakfast is cereals, waffles, bread and bagels. The location is great if you have a car, not many stores within walking distance. There is a pond in the backyard, it has many birds, lovely to look at from balcony. "We booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to Bush Gardens. We were told at check in there was no shuttle because it broke down. We asked for compensation and got nothing. We then had to pay for a Lyft each time we went to the park. The restaurant was not open any of the days we were there. The complementary breakfast was fair at most. The area surrounding the hotel did not look safe to walk anywhere. The green space and pool at the hotel were very nice. The rooms were very large and had a separate seating area which was a plus. "

"I had a child in the next room that was nonstop for over 5 hours. I asked to move my room, and I felt that the woman who was working the night shift was completely unsympathetic to my situation. I was speaking to someone else, and she injected herself into our conversation. I would only want people to know that this is a hotel that caters to families, that is ok. I just don't need the manager stating that my needs are also not important."
