Bedding totally unsatisfactory. Bed lumpy and not conducive to rest. Both my wife and me arose each morning with back pain. On checkout, desk clerk said "couldn't be - the mattress is only one year old". She did not connect with Hotel Manager. This writeup can also be found on Facebook.

A couple failures: The room's air conditioning wasn't working and the front desk person couldn't get it working either. To make it worse, the windows don't open. We put up with it instead of the hassle of moving to another room. Also, the "Business Center" was just a printer semi-hidden along a hallway. The online printing functionality did not work and there didn't seem to be a USB port to plug a thumb drive into.
