"Simon's place was perfect for our stay in Sydney. The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. The supplied Dyson cool / heat fan (filters needed cleaning) and a second classic floor fan made the heat in the room just bare able. "Upon entry the property didn’t even seem to have had been vacuumed. I was disappointed to find hair everywhere and had to clean myself before i felt comfortable. There being no air conditioning made the property uncomfortable to be in during december heat and the bedsheets were polyester and unbearable to sleep in again due to the heat. "The property was very well presented and served us extremely well for our visit. Close to public transport (bus & rail) made it easy to get around. Located in a beautiful suburb. Cosy & compact but still highly recommended. "

A map would help The clothes airer was broken, one side of the toaster wasnt working, the globe of an outdoor light wasnt working, instructions missing for washing machine."
