"Great property which has been recently renovated with all modern amenities. Walking distance to multuple public transport options and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property is nearby to a hotel which plays music into the early hours. Patrons can also be loud when they leave the hotel. Before arriving i confirmed that the property had 3 beds. It does not. The sofa bed is not great "

"Stayed here with my extended family (4 adults & 4 children) over the Christmas period. Had everything we needed and never felt overcrowded. Even had a reasonable size garden for the kids to play in. Walking distance to St Peter’s station and Marrickville metro. Lots of family friendly restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. "

"The property is nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic. The furniture is getting old and tired. It is a shame that basics such as bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, strainer and more are not provided and when we requested these items to be provided we were told no and "thank you for your understanding". My husband also had to clean (scrub) the insane amount of mould on the entry foyer as it was so slippery someone was going to slip and hurt themselves. If/ when the owners address...

"Couch, linen and bed throws were stained and needed a good clean. The clothes dryer didnt work...very annoying on a wet weekend with young kids! The kitchen and bethroom lacked basic supplies...only a sponge/scrubber and 1 teatowel in the kitchen ( no cloths to wipe tables or benches, no spare teatowels, bathroom had no face cloths (hard to wash kids in the bath without) and very limited bodywash, shampoo, etc...one sm bottle of each for 4 people and 3 days' stay. No milk in the fridge ...only...
