"Everything was clean and fresh hygienic smell upon walking into the Novotel and throughout the hotel and rooms. We appreciated the complimentary water bottle. Only suggested improvement would be to install chilled on tap water "

"The property is dated . We had a family room it did the job for what we were staying for at eastern creek raceway. Kids didn’t like the pool they said it was a bit grubby."

"The place had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and condiments. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and again had everything that was needed. It had nice touches like soft drinks in the fridge and and nice bar of soap in the bathroom. It's a quiet location but close to shops and Penrith. We really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money."
