"On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it.
The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up on me. I waited a minute or 2 and no one came out so I called back. While the phone was ringing I see a man walk out and open the rollerdoor. He didn't hang around though it would have been nice if he said something. I found this extremely rude."
