They send a link and email with rules and a key code, but no photo or video showing where the key is. I wasted 20 minutes asking residents for help, since the code wasn’t for the outside machine but a hidden box. It felt awkward, as if people suspected I was up to no good. "The home was not very clean (eg mould in the bathroom, scuffs on walls) and there were a number of fixtures that were loose or broken. Nice location -private and convenient - and beds were comfortable, they also only provided 5 towels despite booking for 6 adults. The area is under a flight path but the airport has a curfew so thankfully had reprieve overnight. Kozyguru (management company for the property) also required a deposit and copy of my ID which felt a bit over the top/invasive."
