"I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for nearly 10 years, but I found a much better rate for this hotel through Hotels.com and ended up saving about $330 on my five-night stay. While I don’t typically book through third-party sites, I really wanted to stay at this property, and I’m glad I did.
Despite booking through a third party, the check-in process was seamless. The hotel's location was the biggest draw for me. Tt’s right in the heart of downtown Sydney, with easy access to train and metro stations and within walking distance of Circular Quay, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. I also used the laundry service, and everything was returned promptly and exactly as expected.
While the hotel is on the pricier side, the prime location, convenience, harbor view, and excellent service make it well worth the cost. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Sydney."
