"Apartment room was good....bit surprised it was around the corner from the main hotel and the Receptionist who was on duty may want to realise that overseas visitors who have just arrived after a day travelling and it's late at night may be a bit disoriented so the very curt brief description in broken English may not sink in, felt like we were an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again. They also arranged a transport for us from the airport and the driver was friendly and gave us many facts and information about Prague. It was easy to set up the transportation with the hotel via messenger and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this stay to anyone. "
