"The staff were really nice,the amenities were perfect too.The location is really good for going around anywhere in the town.The only problem with my stay was that some kind of renovation was going on because of which there was a lot of noise outside my room.I let the receptionist know about it and he said he’s gonna look into it and let me know as I wasn’t able to sleep but he didn’t get back to me after that.Otherwise property wise It was really good and the staff were actually very nice too except the receptionist."

"The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average."

"I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response, but they basically brushed me off. There was no urgency and no accountability. I decided to check out early, and while the hotel promised to refund the remaining nights, they’ve been completely dishonest about it. They denied the refund through Expedia, and despite promising me directly that they’d fix it, they never did. The empty hallways should have been a red flag. Don’t make my mistake. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Decent, hard bed though even though I slept well. Balcony view was tremendous, ABIT weary of the few cockroaches but the room was still clean non the less. Disappointed as there was no coffee at the restaurant. As I stay in hotels to be able to have coffee available rather than just the usual tea "

"Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. "
