This modern, approximately 49 m² two-room holiday apartment for up to two people is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a convenient location near the town center and beach of Westerland. It features an open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living and dining area. The spacious sofa and a 47-inch Smart TV invite you to relax completely. The sofa can be converted into a bed to provide an additional sleeping option. The comfortable double bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and offers ample storage space in built-in wardrobes. The modern bathroom has a shower. Enjoy the lovely west-facing balcony overlooking the Brandenburg Beach access point. Free Wi-Fi, a private underground parking space (approx. 190 cm entrance height), and a washing machine are provided. Pets are welcome.

From January 25, 2027, to March 21, 2027, the elevator will be undergoing renovations. During this time, only the staircase will be accessible. Unfortunately, disruptions due to construction noise and the visual appearance of a construction site in the hallways are unavoidable during this period and are already factored into the daily rental price.

Please note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked optionally for €30 per person.
