4.5 stars. We overall had a very positive stay. The location is fantastic to tour around Ortigia and the size and layout of the suite was great. The staff was helpful taking our bags over from the main part of Siracusa and giving us tips of what to do. We also really appreciated the welcome gift of Prosecco and the amenities in the property were top notch. The one negative is that there was a musty smell in parts of the unit, which I hope they can address.

The property is a great location to restaurants, shops and activities. We also used the small vehicles to move our luggage from the suite to the parking garage. It worked perfectly.

My wife and I stayed at Cinque Suites Ortigia during our honeymoon in Sicily, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ortigia is such a beautiful and charming city, and our stay was made even more special thanks to the incredible hospitality of our host, Federico. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Federico regularly checked in on us, provided excellent local recommendations, and helped coordinate our car pickups and private transfers. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our entire stay feel effortless and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy our honeymoon. What stood out most was how welcoming and thoughtful he was throughout our visit. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. We are incredibly grateful to Federico and the entire Cinque Suites Ortigia team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Ortigia, and we sincerely hope to return someday!

Location was perfect to experience the winding streets and unique shops and hidden courtyards of old Ortigia. Property was fine, no elevator and lots of steps which can be challenging. Room was clean and modern, bed very comfortable, shower was amazing! Rooftop terrace was under renovation. No other place to gather indoors with friends who were in another room. Also website indicated complimentary breakfast however we learned that our booking did not include that because we had made the reservation prior to April 15. Disappointing.

The location is the best part about this hotel! We checked in and got the keys at the partner hotel and they transported our luggage to the Cinque Suites for us, which was very easy. The room felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel and it wasn't exactly spotless, but it was spacious and plenty comfortable. Well worth it!
