Comfortable 25 sqm studio apartment on the ground floor, located in a lovely private courtyard in the heart of the island of Ortigia behind the monumental temple of Apollo and close to the ancient market within walking distance. Despite its small size, the apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay; kitchen equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher and induction hob, kettle and espresso machine.
The apartment is located within the restricted traffic area and does not offer parking service, the guest before going to the apartment for check in, can park at the Talete Parking, following the appropriate signs that lead to the Parking without entering the restricted traffic area.
Guests are informed that the property for rent is not a hotel, therefore hotel-like services to the person are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen, transfer). For this reason, the accessory services will be provided in collaboration with qualified external partners and are considered as extras. .
