Francesco and the entire team were very helpful, gracious, and welcoming. My parents and I loved our room! It was very spacious and extremely well maintained. The entire property was so clean and conveniently located right by the footbridge to Ortigia. We didn’t want to leave! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would rebook in a heartbeat.

The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The staff provided helpful recommendations and was very accommodating. We would highly recommend the hotel.

The location is perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the wonderful tall rooms and the comfort of being close to shops, restaurants and the interesting archeological sites and museums. We will certainly recommend this location and will return in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay! I could not recommend it more! Francesco was always so helpful and attentive, from after we booked until the moment we left we always felt looked after. Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! If we ever find ourselves back again we will be staying here

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfectly walkable to Ortigia while still having access to ample parking options. The rooms were big, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, Francesco was soo friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. He had great recommendations not only for Syracuse, but for all of Sicily. We would go back just to stay here!!!

We had a lovely stay on our honeymoon at Forteleza Charme House. Our room was spotless and decorated so beautifully. It felt practically brand new! We had a nice terrace with a gorgeous view of the harbor. The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of everything. We were taken great care of by Francesco who is so kind and hospitable. He helped us in many ways throughout our stay and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. I cannot recommend Forteleza Charme House more highly!! Thank you so much, Francesco!

This is a lovely hotel. It is a short walk over the bridges to Ortigia to all of the lovely things to see on the island. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable with everything you need including a little kitchen space if you want to eat in (although there are so many lovely restaurants nearby). Nicole and Francesco where wonderful. We had helpful information from both of them about our arrival and also some fantastic recommendations for places to eat. The hotel was peaceful and cool in the heat. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect stay!

What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!
