Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal. A true gem!

Our family of 4 loved everything about this property! The location was perfect. We watched the sunset every night from our private terrace. There was a gentleman playing the accordion during sunset that added to the ambiance. The hosts were very friendly and informative. They gave us lots of great suggestions on places to eat and what to see! We would definitely stay here again should we come back to beautiful Ortigia! Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious room/apartment right on the water in Ortigia. Seriously one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever stayed in my life and I’m not exaggerating. Location to die for, literally 10 feet from the bay and beautiful walks along the water with cafe’s/restaurants also feet away. All the staff were lovely, but Barbara was incredible and helped me by arranging a doctor to come to the hotel when I needed a prescription. Ortigia is just the right mix of classy and touristy too. Oh and they arranged a driver to take us to the train station and greeted us when we arrived later than the normal time. This property cannot be missed if you are coming to the Siracusa area!! Only regret was that we didn’t book for longer!! It was truly the best part of our trip to Sicily.

Our apartment was exceptional, as were our hosts. We could not have stayed in a better place in Ortigia. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with glorious waterfront views. Our hosts were very kind and caring. Lovely people who helped us quickly relax and enjoy beautiful Ortigia. We can't wait return.

Absolutely wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. We had Apartment Aretusa with its own private balcony and hot tub and have not stayed anywhere better. The views over the harbour are fantastic and the city is a joy to explore. Alessandro was really helpful and spent some time explaining where to go and what to see. It was a perfect romantic weekend away.

Comfortable stay and amazing views

This was a beautiful property with ample space and amazing views. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The only snag was that we slept at the property on a Saturday night and I was woken up a few times by noisy passerby. Also parking was a good 20 minutes away at a daily charge of 15 euros. Otherwise absolutely excellent.

The views and service provided make this a must stay. The view, just incredible, you’re right on the water. The team were very helpful and supportive leading into check in and arranging parking. Location is so close to everything, but does get allot of noise from the bars and night party cruises. The place is nicely renovated and decorated, with a generous amount of space. The actual shower is quite small and doesn’t have great water pressure. There isn’t a washing machine, although this is listed as an available amenity.

너무도 아름다운 바다뷰가 보이는 곳입니다. 저녁에 호텔 밖에 아코디언을 연주하는 분의 음악소리가 들리고 황홀한 석양이 지는 모습이 비현실적일만큼 멋졌어요. 오래동안 기억될 시간이였습니다. 호텔 내부도 깨끗하고 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변에 맛집도 많고 위치도 매우 만족스러웠어요 추천해요

The apt is clean and spacious, in a good location (Very close to ocean, and restaurants. The manager and staff are very nice, and eager to help. Driving to the apt is not possible, so we took manager’s offer for valet parking @ 15 Euro per day for two days, and a short walk to the apt.

Palazzo Alfeo was very clean and suitable for many trips or holidays. You can also get spread-out bed(that is also a sofa). For breakfast, you get delicious food fresh from the backery to your breakfast table! (You can decide if you want to eat inside or outside. The hotel is right beside the sea.

We stayed in the room overlooking the sea with our own private jacuzzi. The room was is great condition - just beautiful. There were 3 French doors that opened so you can see the sea from every corner. The patio with the jacuzzi was large. We watched the sunset every night sipping wine and eating cheese, olives and salami from the market. This was luxurious and well worth the price considering the quality of the room. The staff are extremely attentive and some of the nicest people we met in our travels. This is family owned/run. They were helpful in arranging our car parking, they provided us with a bottle of wine and other goodies and a basket of baked goods in the morning. The bath robes were luxurious. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We plan on going back and staying longer next time.
