"breakfast was very solid, many options. Service staff at breakfast kept things supplied & orderly. Room was clean, but drain cover in shower was not secured properly."

"When I booked I wasn’t told that the hotel was undergoing renovation. The breakfast was poor, cold scrambled egg, mini sausages floating in oil, orange juice from the machine looked like cloudy water, and all for 13 euros. I asked if I could have a kettle and was told I could rent one for 10€ per day, I told the concierge that I had one the last time I stayed, he told me the reason I didn’t get one was I booked through Expedia. I’ve used the ibis in hero Square three times now and every time it’s got worse. I go to Budapest three or four times a year it’s a lovely city but I definitely won’t be using the ibis in hero Square again. "
