"The staff at the hotel are top notch. We had particularly helpful conversations with wait staff and the front desk. They hire well! The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to great restaurants downtown and five minutes to the baseball stadium."

"Room I had reserved was not available when I tried to check in at 11:30 pm in a Friday night. The two front desk people did everything they could to find us a rooms with two beds but it just wasn’t doable. They did however make sure that the right room was cleaned first thing in the morning and ready for me to switch. I can honestly say that the rest of the staff were every bit as pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. They are perfect for the hospitality business. The property was a block from the beach shops and restaurants. Enjoyed having my breakfast by the pool every morning. Would definitely return. Only minor gripe was that we were out of the room for most of the day twice and it hadn’t been made up when we got back. Just asked for clean towels and washcloths on those days and they were very responsive."

"When we checked in we were a little early, but they said they were still cleaning the room and they would call. we waited until the check in time and they still were not done. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in time. When we finally got in the room we showered but there was no hot water in the shower...Burr plus there were a bunch of birds in the pool."
